Most likely this is the case when the YouTube video you are trying to add to your Yubby channel has been uploaded very recently (same day). In that case YouTube hasn't indexed it yet and it can't be found with Yubby yet. This will resolve itself within 12 to 24 hours.
The problem lies with YouTube; they receive so many videos each second of the day they are permanently behind with indexing the new videos. You can notice this on YouTube.com because after you uploaded a video it can't be found with YouTube's own search engine either. We use the same search technology so as soon as it turns-up in YouTube's search engine you will also be able to find it on Yubby.
Other websites do have instant indexing. For example videos uploaded to Yahoo video, Blip.tv, Vimeo.com or Zideo.nl can be found seconds after they are live on those websites.
